Fillflex Compact This is the basic model, which covers most applications, including fully automatic operation in larger systems. In the Fillflex Compact the control unit, motor and pump form a single unit. The Fillflex Compact is equipped with gear, impeller or rotary lobe pumps and a number of different valves, ejectors and connections for different media. Fillflex Split Mobil This machine is used when higher capacity is required and also when the product is viscous or contains large particles. Fillflex Split Wall In the Fillflex Split Wall the control cabinet is totally separate from the motor/pump unit. Feed pumps for hopper Feed pumps are used with viscous products for filling a feed hopper. The product in the hopper is held at a constant level with an ultrasonic or dielectric detector. Fillflex outlet valves One of the many advantages with Fillflex is how you can control the filling process in detail. By equipping the filler with a dynamic outlet valve you can handle foaming products, products with solids or avoid dripping for instance.
